- Free double box packing for all sneakers orders
- Clothing / Apparel and Other items will be packed with a normal poly bag
- Online tracking number will be provided to all customers to track the delivery status after the orders are being posted.
- Tracking numbers will be recorded your Sole-UP account and update to your registered email.
- We will do the shipment everyday from Monday to Saturday, but not Sunday or Public holidays.
- All outgoing orders will be marked as gifts with lower value to avoid the customs fees.
- We promise item(s) will be within 3-7 business days upon payment is receipt and clear.
- Once your order shipped, we will update you with a tracking number in our web site system and will email you the reference.
- $40.00USD to USA / Canada / Australia / New Zealand / All Aisa as per the "Option #1”
- $35.00USD to APO address as per "Option #2”
( #1 & #2 Shipping charge is for one pair / shipment and for each additional pair(s) it will add $15.00USD/pair on top )
- $50.00USD to All Europe areas as per "Option #1”
- $65.00USD to S. America / Africa and all other areas as per "Option #2”
( #3 & #4 Shipping charge is for one pair / shipment and for each additional pair(s) it will add $22.00USD/pair on top )
- Delivery standard applies to working days in the destination and excludes the time for customs clearance.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Customers will be responsible for shipping cost on all Exchange items.
- Shipments that are bounced back to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address are subjected to new shipping charge and this new shipping charges must be paid before second shipment is dispatched.
- If you refused the order during delivery, no refunds will be issued and additional shipping/handling will apply to reship package.
